I have a 06 dodge ram 3500 and the right side turn signal does not work on the (trailer only) everything else works fine on trailer and truck ?

Turn signal only? The brake lights on the trailer are working OK?
That's odd...

Do you have an unpowered test light?

Check the obvious with a close visual inspection: bulb, socket and harness from the truck connection all the way to the trailer sockets.
