Ok I go to court on Friday for a second vop. The charge that put me on probation was a disorderly persons. I was suppose to be on probation for one year and 6 months anger management. But after the firstvop they extended my probation until April of 09. I spoke to a lawyer and she said I have over 160 days time served. I want done with probation and I rather do the jail time. My family wants to leave the state and I am holding them back with these legal problems. How long do you think I would have to serve to be done with probation?

You would probably have to do the original sentence minus 160 days time served.

My sentence was probation with six months anger management. The was no suspened sentence for jail time
