I am writing all the way from South Africa Johannesburg. I would like to establish a family trust fund. I know how much I want to save moneywise and immovable properties I want included in the trust. I don't think a financial advsor will have answers - will tell me how much I can safe. I need to start a family trust fund as an entity and need to know how if this is doable without anyone's assistance.

A financial advisor or a fiancial attorney will know the legal dos and donts of setting up a trust. They will know what properties can and can't be put into it, the tax consequences and all the other Is that need to be dotted and Ts that need to be crossed.
This is NOT a D-I-Y project, you need trained assistance.

ScottGem,
Thank you for your response. I think you have given me direction. I will first speak to the lw clinic here in Johannesburg where they give free advise and maybe they will point me towards the right direction and person.
Thank you this was helpful. It is now 4:10pm and I will go home in another 2 hours.
Sweet man you are helpful

I think that would be an excellent idea. Good luck
