OK so I have heard that lemon juice helps to stop acne and to fade away acne scars is that true? And if so how do you use lemon juice,good directions please... please someone help me I'm tired of acne and acne scars they make me feel so down and they have taken my confidence away:(

Of course you MUST realize that using things on your FACE, should be at least acknowledged and queried to a REAL doctor. Holistic medicine practitoners or regular M.D. which ever you prefer. Personally, I'd see a reputable dermatologist/plastic surgeon if the acne is that severe. Of course money if always an object with most people, but using a acid peel (citiric acid) can do more harm than good. I AM NOT A DOCTOR! Some younger people are much too aware of their acne and touch, scratch, rub it all the time keeping their hands in their faces which makes it worse (the dirt from our hands- yuk). Gentle cleansing with mild astringents maybe your first offense before the lemons.
