Hi I have a1999 dodge intrepid my brake lights work except for the third light the brake light on the on the trunk. I have no power coming to the light bulb sockets any help would be appreciated

If you have no power at that light when the others are on, likely you have a broken or disconnected wire. Look around in the trunk. There may even be a disconnected plug. Also try to follow the wires from each brake light. Usually there is one wire running from a switch at the brake pedal to the back, and then branching to the 3 lights. All the branches should be the same color and the same stripes or hash marks. The wires may be hard to follow. They may disappear under hard to remove parts of the car. Rather than find and fix the problem, it may be easier to run a new wire from somewhere you can find the other wire to the socket for the light that doesn't work.

It may help to check your library for a book giving a wiring diagram. It would at least tell you the color of the wire.
