After a lot of research, this one has still got me stumped. All I can remember about this one is there was a giant eagle in it. I remember seeing a young boy jumping off a cliff with a huge golden-brown eagle or hawk below him. That's all my memory has for me though, wish I could give you more to go by. I'm pretty sure its 2d animated from the 80's or 90's, most-likely 90's.
