HELP!! My garage door (CHI 2285) bows in the top middle of the door when the last pannel starts down. The door closed on a box about a year ago but it still worked fine... until now. Using the remote, the door opens fine. But when you press the remote to close the door, three panels pass fine, but the fourth sticks or binds but the door does not stop trying to close. This causes the top middle to bow toward the inside of the door. We do not see anything obviously blocking anything or broken. Any suggestions? We're tired of the birds pooping on our cars.
