Job description would be more of an outline of what the job requires
Job specification would detail more of what is required

I think I can expand a little for you.

A job description lists the basic duties of the job, the experience , skills and education needed to do the job.

A job specification would list the very specifics of the job.

Thus in a job description it may say something like:

Warehouse Shipper

Shipping, Receiving, mail processing. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds, move heavy carts and stand for long periods.

In a job specification it may say something like:

Packaging boxes for shipping:

Pack box and check items against packing slip
Secure with packing materials
Weight contents
Print and attach shipping label and packing slip.

Mail

Change date on postage machine
Run small letters through
Weight larger envelopes, apply postage

Receiving

Unload truck with hyster
Place boxes on receiving dock
Count for inventory control
Fill out paperwork for driver
Move pallets with hyster to product storage

This is simplified, but it will give you an idea of the differences.
