I'm not sure where you would find a pre-prepared presentation but I recommend writing up your own ideas and turning them into a PowerPoint Presentation. I typed "changing employees' attitude in organization" into Google and got many essays on the topic. I'm sure with a little research you could make a really spectacular presentation and it'll be all your own!
