For the last maybe month and a half or so I have been sick to my stomach, quite sick to my stomach at times. Most of the time, I am only sick to my stomach first thing in the morning and at night before bed. Sometimes it gets quite bad other times it's just more of an annoyance. Sometimes (usually just first thing in the morning), I keep feeling like I am going to throw-up however I don't. Sometimes, when I wake up in the morning (and a couple times through the night) I get this feeling like I have something moving up the back of my throut. I have been going to the bathroom a lot lately (to use the bathroom not just when I feel sick). I have been having weak spells (not very often only occasionally), and headaches. Sometimes, My breasts get a little sore (sometimes I get this "heavy" feeling too). I have been really tired lately, even though I have been getting at least the same amout of sleep as usual sometimes a little more as I have been so tired I feel the need to sleep more. Please respond ASAP.

Hi SC2,
You've had this a while now so I think it's time to go and see your GP.

It sounds like acid reflux, which in simple terms is stomach acid coming back up through the esophagus... wind pipe, this will make you feel sick at times.

IT could also be some sort of stomach infection, which you would probably need anti-biotics for, is it possible you could be pregnant?

My advice would be to go see your GP who can give you an acurate diagnoses, but in the mean time, try taking a stomach liquid, after food and last thing at night. It will coat your stomach and help the acidity that maybe the cause of your sickness.

Gaviscon advance or even the cheaper brand indigestion liquid works wonders, you can buy it most anywhere, chemists or even a supermarket quite cheaply.

Hope you feel better soon

Have you missed a period?

I initially though of acid reflux but using the bathroom frequently and sore breasts aren't a factor in that. Pregnancy can have all of those symptoms, however, so maybe you should take a pregnancy test if this is a concern.

Either way, after a month of symptoms you should contact your doctor.

Could be an esophageal hernia, I have one and the symptoms are very similar to what you are experiencing. Could also be acid reflux, or pregnancy.

We can only guess, your doctor can run tests and get to the root of the problem. Time to go to the doctor.

Good luck.
