A friend of mine introduced me to his cousin (let's call him J) a few weeks ago while I was out of state working. J, myself, my friend, and my friends girlfriend all went to the movies and had a nice time. A few days later, J had looked me up on Facebook, and we began to message one another back and forth. In the past week, he asked me to go to the movies with him again, and I agreed. Throughout the evening I began to get the feeling that we had a mutual attraction to one another. I had a wonderful time and sent him a message later the next day telling him that.
I received a message back from him that said he did as well, but we wouldn't be able to go out again any time soon because he was leaving to go out west. Now I know I'm not getting the brush-off, but I can't help feeling as though he didn't feel the same way I did. Am I wrong to think that? Should I wait and hope that he will still want to be around me when he gets back, or should I not worry about it?
