[I just lost my mom, and she has property in another state which in turn she pays the taxes every year, and the upkeep of the lot. My siblings do not want any ties to this. How do I get a hold of a legal form stating that I'm the owner, and have my siblings sign it giving me that right?::) I would like to take this responsibity.
