My 16 yr old daughter has been living with me full time for over 1 year now. Court order is 50/50 and father does pay ordered support at that ratio. How can I get more for her. He also claimed her on his taxes last year (as in order) but she didn't even live there.

You go back to court for a modification of the support order.
