Last month I violated my misdemeanor probation in NYC with C felony poss charge of narcos and a violation poss of maryjane.
My probation has already sent me back to do another out-patient rehab program (same one I did before) because I did admit to the maryjane, but the narco pills were a friends that has his name on the bottle, so clearly they weren't mine.
In any case I just got a letter that I have a court appearance date for the violation of probation. NOW what's the worst they can do to me? Lock me up? Even though Im already enrolled in the rehab?
Im really scared because I run my own business and everything relies on me to run it daily and if I go to jail Im screwed...

Yes, they lock you up. If they don't on the violation, they certainly can on your new felony.

I think you need to get a lawyer first thing. You might be able to get the norco poss, dropped but good lawyer will be needed to do that. Then all you would have is the weed charge which should just be a misdemeanor. They could throw you in jail for the violation, but it is doubtful you would get any jail time for just the weed charge by itself. But you definitely need a GOOD lawyer. Don't spare any expense! It could save you jail time.
