I know of a Hispanic male who recently obtained a divorce. I'm iffy about the situation because:

A) He was seeing another woman for 7 months prior to filing for divorce
B) He was living with the other woman for 2 1/2 months prior to filing for divorce
C) He and his ex-wife were joint petitioners in the filing
D) He and his ex-wife said they were living together when they filed for divorce, which they were not
E) His ex-wife waived any maintenance, even considering he was with another woman
F) His ex-wife was married to another Hispanic male 8 years before this, with the same scenario: joint petitioners, maintenance waived, etc.
G) His ex-wife is almost 15 years his senior(not really that big of an issue, but odd when you factor everything else in)
H) His ex-wife's address is the same "after" both divorces
I) His police record has cases with 2 different birth years listed

I know there are people who get paid to stay married to illegal immigrants until they receive their papers, and I really believe that this is the situation after considering all of the above. Is there a fast way to report this? I tried to contact DHS via the number on their website but they had me on hold for over 20 minutes.

This: if you can't reach DHS or USCIS by phone, WRITE to them, and get Congressional offices involved. The more the better. My wife has committed immigration and marriage fraud, along with many other crimes. I have communicated with ICE and USCIS for nearly a year. They take the fraud and crimes seriously, as the FBI is now involved. Write, and provide as many details as possible, along with witnesses and proof if you have any. I hope this helps.
