My wife moved out of the house in may but has not contributed to the mortgage since February 2008. Can she divorce me and make me sell the house against my will?:(

A divorce court (judge) can do almost anything. There are many factors which play into the judge's decision: her income, your income, property, debts, children, etc. My questions for you are: 1) why would she want the house to be sold, and 2) why do you oppose her plan? Finally, what is your plan?
