Hi,
I haven't been working out for a few months now and am feeling very flabby all over.
I want to start lifting weights and working my abs again. What is a good schedule that I should attend to? Thanks for your help:)

Monday: biceps and triceps

Tuesday: run and abs

Wednesday: Chest and back

Thursday: run and abs

Friday: Shoulders and legs

Saturday: off day...

Sunday: run and abs

I usually start my workouts with 5 min cardio, 3 sets of pushups, pullups, squats with exercise ball, and calf raises.
