I am 15 still a virgin and I started to notice these little bumps on the bottom of my penises head and along the shaft close to the head they r not randomly placed but r like in a circular fashion I am beginning to worry what could they be help!! :(

If these bumps itch It could be a rash or irritation. Maybe your allergic to a certain material or it could be from your soap or lotions. Some soaps and often fragranced lotions are too strong for the sensitive skin in that area.I know it may be embarrising but you should tell a parent about it so you can see a doctor just to be sure especially if more appear and it spreads.

Like starz said. It could be just a simple irritation, rash, due to weather change, etc.

Does it hurt? Is it sore? Is there something oozing from it? Does it itch, etc?
