It's been about 6 months since I've last worked out, and I've lost my sexy washboard abs.
I want to get back in shape before my senior year starts (in two weeks).

I DO have (though it seems lame) an Ab-lounge. And it does work, only when starting.
I just go to bicycle crunches and such after that.

I also do push ups and lift weights. Any suggestions on what other moves I can do?

My diet IS important BUT for now, I have a fast metabolism and do not gain weight no matter
What.

Any suggestions on what moves I can do, things I SHOULD eat and other advice?

Thanks in advance,
-MaGiC_DaN90

I don't know the name of the exercise but...
Lay down on a mat facing up with you legs flat on the growned keep arms to your side
---; now lift both legs at ones without moving any other part of your body then bring your legs far back down but don't let you feet touch the floor
After a few you will feel the burn!. ; -----;
