I woke up with blood in the white part of my eye; from the white inner corner up to the green colored part. It doesn't hurt but feels strange. Do I go to a doctor or is this just minor?

I believe you just have a broken blood vessel in your eye. Stress will cause this as well as just getting dust in your eye. The blood spot will be absorbed and usually takes about 10 days to go away completely. But if it feels like something is in your eye, you should get it checked out right away.

HI anna... I've done that a few times.

It's just a tiny blood vessel in your eye, maybe you poked yourself in your eye in the night or something, it will go in a day or so.
If it doesn't,( although I'm sure it will) go along and see your doctor.

Takecare.

Go see your doctor right away. As its likely to be a broken blood vessel, it could be something more... serious... Go to your eye doctor.

It depends... if you can see white ALL the way round the pool of blood prob no need to worry but if it goes round toward the back of your eye and you can't see the end you must go see a doctor ASAP could possibly be very serious... but as ever if in doubt check it out!

I've seen images of this before on Google images. All it is a blood vessel popped in your eye.
