My system is working outside, but the fan will not cut on inside. The system is a trane heatpump system.

Could be
A bad fan capacitor
A bad fan motor
A bad fan relay
A bad circuit board.
Incorrect wiring or defective wiring.
A defective blower door switch if so equipped
You will need a meter to take voltage readings
