Does Niacin help to clear skin? I've heard that patients with Keratosis Pelaris are recommended to take this to clear up their rash. And this is the main reason that I am inquiring.

Hm. I've heard of people taking a lot of niacin to "flush out KP" out of the body... but I never really believed it... as KP's a genetic disorder. Can't really "flush" things out like that...
... if you can,. I'm in the wrong business.
As far as treating kp, exfoliating, using moisturizing creams, perhaps retin A, milk baths, coconut oil, etc, may help reduce the visibility of kp.
Others suggest taking vitamins A, D, E, K, and taking about 2000 mg of niacin. It may be worth a try... but... to me, it's like saying "eating carrots will make your vision get better"...

I've tried ALL of that trust me. I've had it for 22 years, I've tried some crazy stuff to get rid of it, and NOTHING helps! NOTHING.
