Mom is a Canadian Citizenship - son born in New York - son wants to go to Canada for school, can he become a dual citizenship. Son is over 18 years old:confused:

I don't see why not... even if your mom and dad are not legally married. A child always obtain mother's citizenship. First, she must report birth of Canadian citizen abroad, then get your passport, etc. The point is this matter must be taken care of by her.
