I live just outside DC in Maryland. I've gotten a series of calls from the famous Mann Bracken concerning a debt that had been awarded a judgement back in 2001. Mann Bracken has purchased the debt. One of the agents called and told my wife all about it when she asked what was the nature of the call. I have nothing in writing and nothing from the courts concerning the judgement. I've already reported this to the FTC. Who else do I report this to.
