Hepl please i bought a pressure cooker and in their manual it list how to cook all foods but not how long to pressure cook can foods. I want to can fresh string beans and there is no time table on any fresh vegtables to be canned my pressure cooker is 15 psi. could someone help me on this. My husband and i read and reread the manual it tells you about cleaning your jars, how to operate the cooker, the does and don'ts but no listing on canning fresh veg. i need help as soon as possible my beans are ready thank you kay5

20 minutes for pints and 25 minutes for quarts. Check out this site.

Keep in mind most companies only tell you how to use canner not processing time. I guess they do not want any liabilities. Ball also puts out a book called the ball blue book that is good. The internet is your best friend for research on canning. Hope this helps.
