If it's your bankruptcy, you should have received copies. You can also obtain copies from the Clerk for the photocopy charge.

Free - no.

Judy is right about this. You can either go to the Bankruptcy Clerk at the Federal Courthouse and get copies and pay for them right then and there or do it by mail but you'll have to call up first and see how many pages it involves and how much the copying charge per page, etc this will cost you and then send a check to the Clerk for the processing. In person is much faster. Be sure to have your Case number handy when you go in person or call as it makes it much faster on the Clerk.

You will only receive a copy of your Discharge in the mail - one piece of paper. They don't send out copies of schedules or debtors when you receive your Final Discharge from the Trustee's office.

You can also have your lawyer get these for you of course you will have to pay a small fee but your lawyers office staff should be able to get these for you. As stated above have your case number ready

No need to pay your Attorney to get the copies - the Attorney should already HAVE copies and provide them (which is why I asked if OP ever got copies). OP should have been provided with a complete set of ALL papers.

I would not pay an Attorney's office to do this work when you can do it yourself - if the Attorney does not have the schedules.

Sorry JudyK Tee, I may have misunderstood. I thought that they were wanting a copy other than the one he can get from his lawyer. You are right you should not have to pay for the first set of copies from your lawyer but I know that in our area of the country the client can get another copy from their lawyer but it will cost a small fee.
