I finished drinking 48 ounces of beer at 11:30pm. I need to take a UA tomorrow at my P.O. office at 5:30pm. Will I test positive for alcohol? I am a female and I weigh about 130 lbs.

Roughly 12 ounces of beer metabolizes in the body in about 80 minutes.

So... it would take a little over 5 hours for your body to metabolize the beer. And then, the metabolites take about 24 - 48 hours to flush out of your system.

So.. chances are, yes.

If you knew you were having this test why did you drink? Not so smart.

I agree with both responses. There is a reason that you have a PO, and you are being tested. Do you need to be in AA? If you feel you have a problem, please just admit it to your PO, and get help. If you can't refrain from drinking right before a UA, then there is some self control issue.
