Help, my DVD duplicator has two drawers for making copies. One of the drawers came out, but is stuck in that position. How can I get it to close?

No? Ok, if we're speaking of standard CD recordable drives incorporated into a duplicator device: power it off and gently push the tray shut by hand; it should slide right in. If it doesn't, it may have slipped off its synchronizing mechanism or track. In this case, I usually have to disassemble the drive to reseat the tray correctly. Also, something typically broke/was helped to break, like a plastic gear tooth or stop, that resulted in the tray ending up how it did.
