Hi,

I want to start using euoko too. It seems like a really GOOD product. I was going over some posts in the other forums and people have given a good review about this product.

The only concern I have is whether the product is too strong? And whether it will cause acne?

Personally, I feel that it's an amazing product, and in the league of Elizabeth arden, clinique, lancome. The only problem that I had with elizabeth arden and lancome is that their whitening products are very mild. Have been using them 2 years now.

Hi goldenwhite
I haven't actually tried any of the products that you mentioned, to be honest I haven't heard of them products before. I used a product from skinlight, it made me a shade lighter, but I stopped using it because I felt that it didn't really work properly as I expected it to.
I've ordered a product from euoko, there quite expensive, I hope it works, ill let you know how it goes. I'm expecting to receive the product sometime next week
Take care
Faye

Hi faye,

I've ordered the whitening serum frm euoko too. I sent them a couple of mails, and they answered all my questions.

They said I wouldn't get acne, as it doesn't block pores.
It doesn't interact with any other medication
U have to use sunscreen
And that they were going to come out with a skin lightening pill in late fall of this year. I'm really excited about this.

Hiya goldenwhite
Hope your all right. I've ordered the body whitening gel which is the cheaper one to test it out, if that works well then am going to order the whitening serum. Am really excited about this product too.
Did you order it from the euoko website? I ordered mines from this skinlight company, because they accept cheques I don't have a credit card. I was thinking of borrowing my mums but decided not to, I want to see if she spots any difference when am using the product.
Do you think pills actually work?
Are you from the uk? Its nice to have someone who I can talk to about this, I felt as though I was alone trying to tackle the problem.
Take care
Faye:)

Hi faye,

This is the third time I'm trying to make this post. It keeps getting deleted.

You are not alone, you can try the bright skin forum, it is quite active. And people there use A lot of products and there are a lot of reviews.

I'm from the US. I got mine from the website directly. I've been using it 4 days- I have not gotten darker or lighter, but, there is a healthy glow.

Howz it working out for you.

Hey goldenwhite, thanks for your help. Am still waiting for my product to arrive, I just emailed the company and hopefully I should receive it soon. I think you have to use it at least 2 weeks to see the results.

Hi nikki1000 am still waiting for my product to arrive, you can ask goldenwhite for information on the product as she received hers.
Have you used any other skin lightening products in the past?

Apr 26, 2006, 11:20 AM
Hi yeah I have used fair and white the stuff that comes in the blue and gold packaging and some of there original line it was horrible it made my skin peel and gave it this pink bleached look to the skin and then when the skin heeled it left it slightly darker! Would definetley not recommend also used natural fairness did nothing and godiva made skin brighter but not lighter if I hear that this euoko stuff works will definetley buy the ingredients list seemed good a lot of this lightening creams therers nothing in there to actually lighten the skin I also use ella bache skin lightening serum but they only do it in small vials so not for whole lightening just certaina areas but that is really good start seeing results in a week on dark spots just wish they did a pump bottle or something!

faye786,

You can use thebodyshop moisture white powder cleanser. It's really good. And body shop is a reputed company. It's got vitamin c and licorice extract, so it'll lighten your skin as well as clean it.

I've used euoko only 5 days, let's see what happens.

The body shop white powder? Never heard of it before then again I don't use bodyshop stuff... is this in the uk? Is the cleanser for skin lightening?

Body shop has a new whitening range. Moisture white. You can check it out on their website thebodyshop.com

Hey nikki I know what you mean, I used a product from this skin lightening company from the uk, its called the 30 day skin whiteing system, it made my skin feel greasy and my skin used to peel so I stopped using it.
U can get the euoko product from the uk, the website is skinlightcosmetic.co.uk

Hey guys I finally got my body whitening gel on Friday, I've been using it 3 days now, once in the morning and once before I go to sleep. It hasn't lighten my skin yet but it seems a little brighter. One good thing about it is that it hasn't made my skin greasy and my skin isn't peeling of. It doesn't smell bad like other products that I have used in the past.
I emailed euoko after GOLDENWHITE told me that they are planning on selling whitening pills, they mailed back and told me that its going through the final stages and will give me more information later on.
I didn't know the body shop where starting to sell skin lightening products.

So far I haven't noticed it lightening my skin as such, the thing is sometimes it looks half a shade lighter but then other times it looks like its still the same shade. I think its trying to even out the skin colour more then lightening it because my skin is different shades of brown.
I missed using the product for two days because I stayed over at my aunts not forgot to take it with me.
I think you shouldn't buy the product yet, let me use it for another week to see what happens, and ill keep you updated.

All,

I just found this forum and see its quite developed. I started using euoko a while back. First I bought body whitening gel to test it out because it was cheaper. No results. Then I contacted the company to exhcnage it for the intense whitening serum. I have been on it for over two months and I am very happy with it. Firstly it's very mild and oil free. It's the first skin whitening product I have that doesn't make me break out. Secondly, it's the best one I have used. It took me 6 weeks or so to see good ligthening and now it is getting better and better and better. I come home every day excited to use this gel. My skin has a really beautiful glow that everyone comments to and its lighter than anytime before.

Hey classylady107
I brought the euoko body whitening gel for the same reason as you did, just to test it out. How long did you use it for to realise that it wasn't working for you?
Do you think I should order the intensive serum instead of the body whiteing gel? I've only been using it for a week and abit.

I would say that the euoko whitening serum may give good results with dedicated use. I'm not able to use it properly, yet I am experiencing some lighteniing. I've been using it around three weeks.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed- that I get more lightening;) . The reason I like using it is that it's 100% safe, from a fabulous company, and I haven't got a single pimple while using it.

I've got active white whitening pills, but, I won't start using them till I've decided on whether I'm going to continue using euoko. I want to be sure that the lightening I'm getting is from the whitening serum.

Hiya goldenwhite, I've been using the body whitening gel on and off, I haven't used it for the last 3 days and so far it hasn't really made a difference. Id say its lightened my skin by 1 per cent and its knida slow. I fink am going to order the whitening serum after I've used up the gel because everyone has had a positive experience from it.
Wer did you order the whitening pills from?

goldenwhite
May 15, 2006, 12:08 PM
I got the skin whitening pills-active white from a lady called Eunice in phillapines. You can do a search. Her website is www.freewebs... something.

Why don't you send an email to the company(euoko) requesting them to exchange the body gel for the skin whitening serum. I'm pretty sure they'll do it.

faye786
May 15, 2006, 12:21 PM
Thankz for d website, ill try it.
D problem is that I didn't buy the product from the euoko website, I brought from the uk and I've used half of it, I don't think they'l exchange it for me now.
I was going to get products from the whiterskin website before I saw the euoko website, I couldn't order it because I don't have a credit card and my laptop doesn't allow me to buy things of the net. I emailed them and we couldn't resolve the problem so the company mailed be back and said that they are sorry that I won't be able to order their products
For the euoko product I had to sent a cheque to the uk company, wait for it to clear and then they sent me my product.

The cream is a 2% hydroquinone product. If you want that, you can go to any walgreens and pick up a regular fade cream for less than $10. All of them have 2% hq.

Hey guyz, I mailed the euoko company, I just got to say that they are a fabulous company.

I WROTE:

hi, i am from the uk and i ordered the body whitening gel from the skin
light cosmetic company based in the uk, unfortunatly the product didnt
work
for me but i heard that the whiteing serum works well, i was wondering
if
you send out samples of the product for people to try?
also i was wondering if you have any more information on the whitening
pills?
THIS WAS THEIR REPLY:

Dear Faye:

Thank you indeed for your inquiry. Please accept our apologies for the
delay
in responding due to the Victoria Day long weekend holiday in Canada.

We rotate our sampling amongst our various skin care collections. We
have
added your email contact information to the list for when the Carrara
Collection is available again for sampling.

If you were unhappy with the Body Whitening Gel and wish to exchange it
for
the Intense Whitening Serum, you can fax the following information to
+001-416-657-2161 (Canada) and we will be able to honour the exchange
even
if the product was ordered from a third-party distributor:

1. The barcode from the bottom of the exterior box of the Body
Whitening
Gel.

2. A receipt (even an online or an emailed one) showing your original
purchase.

3. Your full name, address and telephone number, along with a note
indicating that you would like to exchange the product for Intense
Whitening
Serum.

4. The front and back of a credit card to which to apply the difference
($80
+ $25 for shipping on exchanged good). The approximate cost will be
fifty
pounds.

As for the whitening pills that we will introduce in late fall, much
misleading information has been provided by the press. We are
introducing a
full 30-day whitening regimen, which includes a variety of topical
treatments, as well as an internal supplement that will lighten the
whole
complexion. These pills use a unique, patent-pending mechanism of
action to
prolong and stabilize the life of L-Glutathione, L-Cysteine and a
berry-based form of vitamin C. This product is currently undergoing
testing.

Most sincerely,

Hi faye,

They sent me a FREE bottle of the Intensive whitening serum, i.e.200$$$.

I think they are the best company I have come across by far. I am so happy about the 30 day whitening regime they are talking about. Because I know that their product works.

My skin has become brighter and lighter. It's pretty good. Next week, I'm going to start work, so let's see how my skin holds up in the intense sunlight.

I have bought active white pills, but, I'm not going to use them and wait for the euoko whitening pills.

I used the intensive whitening serum for a month and 2 week. Its around there. I used it in the afternoon and night. My skin did lighten a bit, but I did not lighten a shade, I would say, so I stopped using it. You should give it a try if you want, you can always return it if it does not work. faye786, pls let us know how ur skin is doing once u start to use the euoko serum.

I had a thread about this on the brighterskin fourm, however I cannot find it. When I was using this product ( The intensive whitening serum) on my face I emailed these people like crazy and they always replied. I have no idea if I should get back on it, perhaps in the fall I will. I am recovering from breakouts and not because of this or any skin lightening product. Also, I do not want to pay 200 dollars again. Wait till my birthday money comes in. I have a little of the serum left, perhaps for two weeks or so. I used Euoko exactly a month and 2 weeks and saw miminal lightening. But the lightening was even, none of that yellow effect that makes you look lighter for a while.

I will post my questions and their answers below:

Dear Sir or Madam:

We hope that the holiday season has treated you well!

Most skin whitening products and ingredients available today target skin whitening by impairing the production of new melanin. Since the skin's existing melanin content is not removed, there is usually a long delay before any visible result is noticed. Furthermore, most such ingredients and products contain either hydroquinone (which is carcinogenic and may actually further darken the skin) or kojic acid (which is also carcinogenic and far less effective than hydroquinone). Other natural extracts such as Licorice Extract, Bearberry Extract, Mulberry Extract and other herbals have been used in various skin whitening products, but no clinical studies back their effectiveness.

The Carrara Collection takes a different approach. Firstly, two types of actives are present in this collection: some that remove existing melanin and some that inhibit the production of new melanin. As a result, you will notice a visible lightening within two weeks of application and, after this period, the speed of lightening improves even further, because not only do we continue to remove existing melanin, but the skin's cycling allows for new skin with less melanin to be produced. All of the ingredients have been clinically proven and compared against hydroquinone and kojic acid and such studies are published on our website.

The texture and the starting color dictate how long the treatment may take to achieve a certain color, but all skin types and colors will achieve considerable lightening (up to 2-3 shades). Once you have achieved the desired result, the ongoing maintenance will require a few applications per week, making the process economical, safe and convenient.

Each bottle of Intense Whitening Serum will last between 1 and 2 months, depending on whether you apply one pump or two pumps each time. As for the body whitening gel, the period depends on the area of the body being treated, but each bottle is designed to last at least one month.

With warmest regards, we stand at your disposal.

Euoko, Inc. | Internet Distribution

-------------------

Vitamin A pills do not supply sufficient retinoid content to reach the skin. We strongly recommend a topical product containing such ingredients. If your skin reacts to oil, we recommend a retinol-containing product. Otherwise, Rose Hip Seed Oil is a good choice. If your skin can tolerate Retin-A, you may wish to obtain this very effective product from a dermatologist.

You can certainly use Intense Whitening Serum after microdermabrasion, but please do avoid the eye contour area for the first week after such a treatment.

Sincerely,

Euoko, Inc. | Internet Distribution

-------------------------------------------

We recommend that you asses the lightening effect of Intense Whitening Serum after about 4 to 6 weeks before moving on to the entire body. This time allows you to establish compatibility with your skin type and measure the effect with regard to time as far as your skin tone is concerned.

Sincerely,

Euoko, Inc. | Internet Distribution

----------------------

It makes a significant difference to use Intense Whitening Serum both in the morning and at night, disallowing your skin to recover from the interruption in melanin production. We are certain you will find our product to be the most effective available on the market. If you would like, we can include a free bottle of Intense Whitening Serum with your next order to allow you to try the treatment for longer to judge its compatibility with your skin type. Of course, if you prefer, we would be glad to issue a refund instead at this point.

Sincerely,

Euoko, Inc. | Internet Distribution

---------------------

During the first month of treatment, you will notice lightening of the skin and you will be able to measure the lightening effect every day, especially after cleansing the face. After an 8-12 week period, you should indeed be at least half way toward your goal, but, please keep in mind that the process becomes more and more difficult as your skin becomes lighter, because your skin will try to fight back and compensate for the reduced melanin. The speed of treatment will slow down after about 4 months of treatment as a result of this phenomenon.

Please do feel welcome to use makeup or other treatments over the product.

Have a great day.

Euoko, Inc. | Internet Distribution

--------------------------------

Dear Sir or Madam:

No client ever offers to any company to supply publicized before-and-after pictures without biased compensation, which is why you will never find any of the world’s most reputable brands publish such information. Smaller manufacturers take advantage of the consumer’s reception to an ideal-case before-and-after photograph and we stay away from this biased practice.

As for the meaning of shades, a Middle Eastern or Oriental skin tone may achieve an average Caucasian skin tone, while a medium South Asian brown tone will achieve a more Mediterranean skin tone with persistent use. Darker African American individuals can achieve a “_mocha” tone associated with lighter African American skin types.

The results, once achieved, may be maintained with a few applications of the product per week.

The Body Whitening Gel is simply a less concentrated version of Intense Whitening Serum. We do not recommend its use on the face, because this area typically requires a far more aggressive treatment to achieve lightening. The Intense Whitening Serum may be used on the body for faster results, but the product becomes uneconomical for larger areas.

Most sincerely,

Euoko, Inc. | Internet Distribution

-------------------------------------------------------

Both Intense Whitening Serum and Body Whitening Gel are supplied in airless, precise-application bottles. For the face, depending on whether one pump or two pumps are used per application, Intense Whitening Serum will last from 4 to 8 weeks. As for the Body Whitening Gel, this period depends on the area to which the product is applied, but about a month’s supply is provided for most large areas of the body.

All basic instructions are provided on the exterior box of the products. Both products should be used twice a day, immediately after cleansing and toning. Retinol can be used to enhance the lightening results.

No hydroquinone, mercury or bleaching agents are used in any of our products. All ingredients and their studies regarding safety and effectiveness are published on our website.

Generally, the application of the products should not be interrupted during the initial stages, but, should you miss a week, you certainly will not go back to your original tone. You will simply reduce the speed of treatment. You should always use a wide-spectrum sun block containing zinc oxide or titanium dioxide when out in the sun.

Thank you for your inquiry.

I do admit that there products are quite expensive and they do have good customer service. Though there products do take a long time to see any signifcant results or major change. With Makari Night Cream it took me a week to see the results I saw with Euoko Intensive Serum. However Euoko results were more permnant than Makari and I did not darkern up. Also Euoko lightening results gives more of the mellow lighten skin tone and mositure, Makari gives the yellow lightening effect and oil.

Faye, I am planing on giving Euoko a try. I have had some post acne marks, not from skinlightening, not natural. I broke out from using a microdermax and now they are all gone. I have some dark marks. I am going to see if Euoko will get rid of them or let them go on there own. I have some product left for 2 to 3 weeks. Might as well use it, than waste it.

Meena221, why you stopped euoko lightening serum after 1 months when you are starting to get a good result?

Do you think you can achieve 1-2 shades lighter with euoko?

Good customer service. BAD products.

Dont waste your money, if anything all their products do is drain you of big bucks.

Hi innuendo, what makes u think that? Did you try all of the euoko products?
I know their products are too expensive.

I did not see any signifcant ressults. I only lightened a little, not a major change. Also, I was using this when I was super busy. Only used it in the morning or night, only once a day.

I have no idea if you can lighten 2 shades with Euoko. Perhaps One shades. It does take away the uneveniess of the skintone. Makari though works hella faster, but hecka semi permanent.

Hi meena221,

Im wondering one thing(in fact two),

1. When you say that makari is semi permanent, do you mean that after some time you turn back to your origin colour even if you continue to apply deligently the makari product?

2. Have you applied the makari, twice a day or simply once a day as the euoko?

Cheers

I have been in search of a product that does not use harmful chemicals since teenage years to get rid of sun spots on my face and under my arms. I must say that Euoko offers what I needed. I absolutely love the texture, it just melts into the skin unlike everything else I tried. I can see with my own eyes my spots getting ligheter and my skin glows. No brea kout. No cheap fragarance. My advice is that you have to let a product work over at least six weeks. Your skin doesn't renew so quickly so you can only see it working after you wait. Overall, I think this is worth every penny.

When I mean semi permnant I mean that the results when you get off it, you quickly turn back to your original skin tone. After a week or in 4-5 days I went back to my original color. Also it gives you a semi lightening effect. When you put on the cream you look lighter, your skin seems to glow, and have more of a yellow lightening effect.

2. Have you applied the makari, twice a day or simply once a day as the euoko?

No I used Makari Night Cream in the morning and night. Two times a day. I came back home for the winter break so I was able to use it daily.

Euoko is one of my favorite products. If you want fast results, combine your best treatments with Retin-A. I have used Retin-A on my skin for years and my skin is smooth and I see results from eveey good treatment within a week. Talk to your doctor. Retin-A will make you peel like crazy for a week or two but your skin will always be healthy. With Retin-A the White Intense Serum made my skin lighter that I could see even the next day. It makes the inrgedients absorb better and deeper.

For those who are vegetarian and are interested if Euoko encapsulation is gelatine free, u might find the following helpful.

To whom it may concern,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very happy to hear that euoko is planning to have a whitening pill in
Its arsenal soon.

I know that the ingredients used in euoko products are mostly plant-based,
However I'm just wondering if the capsules(not active ingredients) contain
Any gelatin or animal products. Many companies claimed that their active
Ingredients are plant based(which in most casses are true), but however the
Outer capsules used to shell the ingredients are very often animal based(
Gelatin). Could you please clarify whether euoko outer capsules are gelatine

Free or not?

Thank you

Sincerely
Sandy

Dear Sandy:

Thank you for your inquiry.

Our technical team has confirmed that there is no gelatin present in any of
our upcoming internal supplements. A form of vegetable cellulose is used for
all encapsulation and binding purposes.

Sincere regards,

Euoko, Inc. | Internet Distribution

faye786, the only whitening pill that caught my attention was speedwhite from asianwhiteskin (http://www.asianwhiteskin.com). They told me that their encapsulation process was vegetarian one, but they were not at all convincing. Moreover its very difficult to get to know which ingredients they are using (safety is very important, you should know what you are putting inside your mouth,:p , seriouly your health is more important than being 2 or 3 shades lighter. Whitening pills should be effective AND VERY SAFE. Stay away from dodgy companies at all means)

For these reasons I didn't proceed to buy their speedwhite(im not saying asianwhite is dodgy, it simply doesn't inspire the trust factor in me). The latter has had an overall good review from quite a few users.

Hey, I had just started a thread asking the exact question that Faye did then I was referred to this forum. I am so pleased that it exists. The info I've read has been very helpful and I want to thank all those that have contributed to it. I'm convinced now that I should try the Euoko serum as opposed to the melederm cream.

I forgot to ask - what are peoples views on dermabrasion - is it worth doing?

Hiya everyone.
I'm new to this site/forum and am wondering, if it's not too intrusive to ask, why are you wanting to lighten your skin? I've seen quite a few post's on the subject and am interested to know why. I mean no offence, I'm just curious.

Hello there. I am wanting to bleach my hair as I have had trouble dyeing my hair a lighter colour than it is, and so I decided to take the plunge and buy a bleaching kit so that I can dye my hair the light brown I wish to go. I wanted some advice from people who had done it before, because more often than not you can't always trust what the companies say!
:)

U still have not answer the q. u think light hair is more beautiful than dark hair? Let tell about dark skin we have hyperpegmentation, the skin get affected by the surrounding dramaticlly so we want to even the skin tone and we love our color it is the not evenenss that we do not like due to our sensetive skin and if there r things out there to help great! What about your hair, your q. was offensive and not from knowledge of dark skin and hyperpigmentation so before u ask any offensive ones research first

pinklady
Oct 6, 2006, 12:06 PM
I have always had dark hair and as this is a free country I thought I would experiment with lighter colors as I am quite pale. I also suffer from hyperpigmentation ( redish in appearance ) and also have some facial scars red in appearance that have given me some trouble in regards to finding a solution to them. I also feel that my dark hair make's the red marks stand out in a way. I do not feel that my question was offensive in ANY WAY, as I worded it in such a way as to just be an open question, not really needing any answer if people did'nt want too. It was also directed to the person who originally opened the particular topic, a lady by the name of faye, but like I said it was open to anyone who would have liked to respond, I also would like to note that the 2 above comments/posts which you have left are the only 2 in this particular topic thread complaining of my post, and so I don't really understand how you can assume I am trying to be mean. As I said above I myself have suffered from various skin problems, and forums such as these help raise my awareness of other people and their struggles and successes, and to ask questions I feel is my prerogative on a site such as this, whether they are answered is completely up to the other user's and I have not received any other post's complaining about my question. I am aware of condition's such as vitiligo in darker skins, but I did not know such things as skin lightening pills existed! Therefore to be enquisitive about something that is new to you is only natural. I f I did offend you or anyone with my post then I do aplogise to cause offense was not my intention, and if I could remove the post I would, but I do feel that your reaction without a little more correspondence with me, was a bit over the top. We are both new members, so it would be nice for our time on the site to not be spent arguing over misinterpretations.

Gels and lotions only make me darker. Only body creams work for me. Lotions may my skin look cheap, and darker. Using a lot of hot water in the shower or bath makes you darker too! Cool lukewarm water and a not a long time in the shower is the best way to clean and maintain lightening. Gels texture also irritates me. Like some kind of nasty lubricant! LOL

Hi, I have noticed that too. I used Soltan lotion to protect my skin from the sun but I have realised that it makes my facial skin look significantly darker. Does anyone out there know of any logical reasons to this. I have also noticed that exposure to hot water darkens skin. Does any know whether lotions reverse the process of melanin reduction or does it oppose the actions of skin lightening serum/creams.

Hiya pinklady, thanks for your post, don't worry I did not find your post offensive because I understand that some people may find this idea of skin whitening somewhat weird (I can't think of the right word to put here so I just put weird!lol)! However not all people are the same because it is a sensitive issue, as munna found it to be offensive. I am glad you asked this question because you are curious. Like you I didn't know the such skin whitening lotions, potions and pills existed until I was browsing the net, I came across this webiste and read the posts and I couldn't believe it.
I wanted to even out my skin tone and possibly lighten it by a shade or two because of the following reasons:
My sister is fairer than me and people keep comparing and I used to find it embarrassing
I always have to think twce before wearing a certain colour because it might not suit my complexion, once I brought a maroon colour top and my mums mate said 'oh you shouldn't have ot this colour, ull look darker in it but it'l suit your sister'

For these reasons I wanted to try things the will lighten my skin tone and I came across euoko products.

Also another thing, white people want darker skin and they are always spending thousands a year in tanning salons, same here darker people want fairer skins and are spending loads to get it. I suppose we always want what we haven't got!lol

I hope this helps you to understand and answers your question
Take care faye

Afro13Quees

Hi I've been using Euoko for about 1 year now. And I must say that it hasn't lightened my skin as much as my wallet. But saying this it has made me 1 shade lighter than before and this had been a whole year. I like it because its safe it doesn't have any side effects liky Hydroquinone and I can go out in the sun even without sun cream without being afraid. It is efficient if you want to lighten your skin gradually to maybe 1-2 shades lighter although I must say it does take quite a while to notice the difference, but it doesn't make you look bleached ,it gives a natural appearance. Although after the first 4 months of use it gets harder to lighten the skin with this product. I have been thinking about using products with Hydroquinone but I won't now , the harsh chemicals can have an irreversible reaction to the sun as your skin can turn darker than your original colour and this is irreversible.

hi yeah i have used fair and white the stuff that comes in the blue and gold packaging and some of there original line it was horrible it made my skin peel and gave it this pink bleached look to the skin and then when the skin heeled it left it slightly darker!! would definetley not reccomend also used natural fairness did nothing and godiva made skin brighter but not lighter if i hear that this euoko stuff works will definetley buy the ingredients list seemed good alot of this lightening creams therers nothing in there to actually lighten the skin i also use ella bache skin lightening serum but they only do it in small vials so not for whole lightening just certaina areas but that is really good start seeing results in a week on dark spots just wish they did a pump bottle or something!!

I used faire and white so white it was horrible it left my cheeks and nose lighter than the rest of my face and it made me break out with lots of little red spots, I would not recommend that line of bleaching product because it f up your face. Am going to try something more natural, I'll keep u posted.

Hi Faye786! I don't know how old this question is or what.. but I've been just recently researching skin products. Ive used Fair and Flawless and that works pretty good and lightens you 1 shade.. but I'm looking for a products that will lighten me 2 shades! I read in one that they've used Euoko for a year and lighten only 1 shade.. So I'm not sure I'll be purchasing that then. I do believe Meladerm (CivantSkinCare.com) seems to be very popular and talked about.. all the way to Hawaii.. Has anyone tried that?

Honestly.. I think the best products would be from Asia because of their fair skin. Some asian are very dark and I know there are some products from asia that I found.. but I couldn't purchase it because I had to be one selling their products? I don't know.. There's so many bleaching products for the skin.. its really hard to tell which is best or most important.. which is SAFE! Do you know of anyone that has used the bleaching pill?

Anyway.. again I don't know how old this bulletin is or how recent.. but How did your results go? Was it successful? How many shades did it do for you? Let me know woman!

Hi sorry about the late reply.
I brought the body gel from euoko which didn't really work, so I stopped buying from there, however goldenbrown used the intensive serum and thought that it was working really well.
I've given up using creams because I think you'll look funny if your face is fair and your body dark. Am trying to find a good pill. I came across diamond whitening pills, its permanent (after 3 months usage) I used it for a month, but they have bad customer service. I ordered 3months supply a month ago and I haven't received it yet, and they took the money out my account. I've sent them lots of emails but got no replies.

Best to apply at night but if you want to feel extra pretty, put on any time of the day! A jar can last up to a month, only costs 1850 pesos. Email [email protected] . Thanks!

Hiya
I'm nu but I wos reading and sm1 asked if meladerm wrkd
I bought it 4 lyk £39 bucks and it ran out for me after a month
The results were not good at all in my opinion but I guess I should have bought another 1 n tried it out 4 longer

For those wondering why I want to lighten my skin:
1. my face, shoulders and kness are darker than my body - wierdly enuff
2. I have bare scars frm childhood and I hate showing my legs and arms in public
3. I have 4 sisters and out of all of the and I am the darkest... the list could go on

I am nt ashamed 2 say insecurity plays a minor part I this, but its so important to make sure that the product anyone uses is safe and that is what I'm worried about

Who genuinely feels that a certain product wrks becos I am desper8 ryt about now

Thanks 4 all the advice so far its bin great :)

Hello Everyone,

Just like everyone that has posted here, I have tried everything to lighten my skin tone. I received my Euoko Intense White Serum around August 15, 2007. I have been using it twice a day (although I skipped like a day here and there) and have been using a 65 SPF sunblock along with it because the instructions ask to use a 30 SPF or greater. Well after using it for almost a month now, I am very sad to say that it has not done anything for my skin. My skin is the same shade... no lightening at all. It didn't even out my skin as I have acne scars. I am very disappointed as I had high hopes from this product... especially because I paid such a high price for it. The only good thing about the serum is that it didn't cause any breakouts (normally I break out to everything because I have sensitive skin) and it was very lightweight without stickiness or oiliness left on the face after applying. But I have a medium skin tone (I am Indian for those that are wondering). I am not on the light side nor on the dark. I am just in the middle and so I'm not too sure how well it would work on dark skin since it didn't work for me at all. But I contacted Euoko about this 2 days ago and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully they have some suggestions for me.

And for those of you who are considering using Meladerm from civantskincare... from my experience, that didn't work either. My sister also tried the product (we have almost the same skin one) and it didn't work out for her either.

Unfortunately, there is nothing out there that really seems to work. But I will continue my search in finding a safe product to lighten the skin. I hope this posting helps. And please don't become discouraged just because these products did not work for me. I am posting on here just to share my experience.

Euoko seems to work for my skin but may be my situation is different. I used to have lighter skin in light brown shade on my face all my life but it has now became darker then the rest of my body. I just want to be the same color. I use white moisture with speed control which is still very expensive but cheaper than the serum when you compare the size. It really does work but again I just want to get back to my original color. Maybe its different for getting lighter if u are very dark to start.

Hi everyone, I have acne problem for years, and all acne products make my skin darker.I have tried hella expensive product, but I couldn't find the best acne product for me yet. I just ordered "bruunhause gel" and "lipovox pills" they say it gives a permanent result, so I am looking forward to receive it.
And also I have been using "kinerase cream". It is not a whitening or acne cream, but I can definetely say it is the only product that make my skin whitened and healty. It has the best texture that I have tried. Your skin absorbs so fast. The only problem is it is expensive and it is not a certain solution for my acne, but I think it worths, so I will keep using it it, because it makes your skin so healty and whitened.

Also, I have been searching about EUOKO and MELADERM. And so far I found out that meladerm doesn't work at all, and it has "kojic acid" that Euoko doesn't contain, because it is not goodfor your skin.

I am wondering whether anyone knows Michael jackson's secret? How did he whiten his skin? Lol.

Hi Erina_carrol,

I haven't tried Euoko but as far as Bio oil is concerned, I do not consider it to be a skin lightening product. Although they say it is good for scars, blemishes and uneven skin tone, I really couldn't see any improvement, when I used it for a scar and I did use it for several months, so I have my doubts for lightening.

I heard of Euoko, but haven't read much about it. Maharani did the bio oil help the scars? I was considering trying this sometime.

I really could not see an improvement with the Bio oil anad I was really dilligent with the application. I know that my sister loves it , but more for the moisturising effect. Again I didn't feel the same. I always feel like I needed to put something else on top to achieve any kind of moisturising.

I personally preferred mederma for scars, but didn't like the smell of it.

What did the mederma smell like? I have tried to lighten the small scars on my arm and leg that I have had for years, but wither there is no lightening or it lightens the surrounded area as well. I was using natural shae butter for a few weeks one time ago. But, I did not use it long enough as I became impatient. I should give it another try and be more diligent, as it had worked great for one of my friends and my borther's wife.

Mederma is constructed with an onion based extract so has that kind of smell, although you don't actually smell of onions as such, but there is definitely that sort of teint.

Lol... onions, I see. Does the scent fade in a matter of minutes?
