Can any one list me a good combination of Herbal Remedies that can ease or cure pain resulting from Nerve problems..

What type of nerve problems? What is your diagnosis and where does it hurt?

OK... it's the sharp pain in both my two buttocks... its alternating, then pain on the back and mostly the left side of my back and not forgetting also the sharp pain that runs from the base of my neck upwards towards my ear... its also on my left side..

Mostly I expirience the pain when pulling my elbows backwards, pulling my chest forward respectively.. Its somehow in between my chest and the base of my ribs...

X-rays have been done... A doctor just told me it has something to do with NERVES..

The doctor may have meant nerves as in nervous tension. Many people experience neck pain when they are stressed. Lower back, as in buttocks, I'm not sure.

Have you tried a chiropractor or an osteopath? Your back may be subluxated (twisted out of alignment) and causing pain. Acupuncture is another option.

I use the herb Scullcap taken as capsules at night. It relaxes the skeleltal muscles without giving me a morning hangover. If I take it during the day, I get a bit sleepy. During the daytime, I burn white sage, Salvia Officinalis. It's great for tension. I also use Salvia Divinorum once a week or so as it lifts my depression and helps me be relaxed and positive in spite of aches and pains.
