My feets are getting roughs specially heels can anybody tell me any remdy for this or any type of medicine for this broken heels... thanx a lot

There are many products on the market made especially for cracked heels. You can find them near the insoles and other foot products in just about any store. I use a product that I swear by called bag balm. It's a smelly, thick greasy goo like vaseline originally marketed for cow udders, but it is just great for rough dry skin( and diaper rash) I smear it on my feet after a nice warm bath and put some old socks on before bed, the next morning my feet are as smooth as a baby's behind :) and these are AZ feet that have rarely seen shoes! I would personally recommend E45 cream. Its brilliant for dry, cracked and sore skin. It really heels anything and keeps your skin feeling soft. You can use it on your hands, feet and anywhere else you feel the need to. Totally safe!

My boyfriend is an electrician and very often comes home with cut, rough, dary hands. Since I gave him a huge pot of E45 cream his hands have become as soft as a babies bottom and have heeled nicely.

I even think they do a specific cream designed for the foot and heel.

Usually, cracked skin on the heels and feet is caused by excessively dry skin. For many it's worse in the winter months or for those who live in dry climates. Moisturizing and exfoliating the skin on feet regularly can also prevent the buildup of rough, dry skin.
