I dropped out of law school (I didn't graduate) and so I owe $100,000 in private student loans and federal student loans. I also have about $25,000 in credit card debt. $1200 for an ambulance ride. How, if at all can I dump some or all of this debt? I sold my car to pay rent. I have about $10,000 in cash (under my mattress). I have no other assets. I earned about $4000 last year and I do not work currently. I go to school, hoping to graduate and find a job that pays more than minimum wage. Is there anything I can do about all this debt? (besides suicide)

As I understand it, there's nothing you can do about the federal student loans. Don't know about the rest of the debt.

Hi, MariaLopez60640!

You are looking for help with this which would indicate that you are trying to find a solution so that you can continue on with your life. Suicide is a permanent solution for a temporary problem.

Why did you drop out of law school and is there any chance of you re-entering it, if you are able and wanting to do that?

Thanks!
