I've felt this pain before, its hard to explain, its like my stomach is so empty its hurting, which is traveling to the back of my throat and to the top of my head, and it only goes away while I'm eating, and then comes back again, but if I eat anything I'll be sick because I'm full enough.
I had lunch at 2 and got this pain around 5 ish, and then had tea (dinner for some) and I was all right for a few minutes after but then it came back, it feels like the top of my head is painfully cold on the inside and around my ears, collecting from the back of my throat, I told my mam and she said that it was weird, even for me, like I was exaggerating or that I explained it wrong and I thought nothing more of it. Is it anything I should see a doctor about or should I wait until it goes away again?

Could be heartburn.. but I don't know about the coldness in your head... not sure what that is.. I know heartburn can sometimes give the sensation that you're hungry when you know just ate a lot..
I suggest you go to the doctors just in case..

plonak may be right about the heartburn, it could just as well be acid reflux. Do you find yourself "throwing up" a lot except you don't actually vomit, it just comes up?
I'm not too sure about the "cold feeling" in your head...
Next time, I would try for a couple of days, just trying to avoid acidic foods and spicy foods... also try to avoid drinking (if you drink)... try to intake some basic foods such as bread... milk... chocolate. See if this helps.
If you can, a visit to the doc may be helpful.

I get heart burn a lot, but it isn't a burning sensation, but I do get that vomiting type thing.
Im under age so I don't drink, and I did have something spicy for my tea so that could be it.
I was told that milk stirs up the acid in the stomach and can cause heartburn, so I don't drink as much of it as I used to (that was two 1/4 pints a day.) Once I had this horrible type of heartburn, it stayed in my stomach and felt as if it was dissolving the walls inside me and it lasted for 3 days, it got worse after drinking milk.

Could I have a Gulet Reflux? I learnt about that in science at school, its getting heart burn all the time and it can dissolve the pipe tube thing that it comes up from because the flap or whatever it is that stops acid going back up your throat doesn't close, pregnant women get it a lot I learnt.

If you're getting heart burn a lot and you are under 21, you really should consider making a change to your diet. No one that young should ever be getting heart burn on a regular basis.
