My dog has been ill last few days. She has diahreea terrable. Will be going to vet in am just looking for some relief for her in the mean time. She's drinking water no problem. Yesterday gave her hamburg an rice still not good. It is like she goes squat has a wet fart and then liquid comes out.Last night she vommitted for first time and all flem and bile came up. I hoped that would be the end of it. My dogs 80 lbs and a mixed sheppard.

How is she acting? Is she bloated? Will she eat? Is she vomiting white, yellow, foamy?

After a few days of this, as you said, I think I'd take her to the emergency vet clinic.

She is eating and acting fine other than scoots she appears normal. Vomitted once and it appeared to look like flem an bile, she isn't bloated and she will eat no problem. She is still active and appears normal other than scoots she has vommitted once but that gave her hamburg an rice after let stomach settle and she ate it right up Live in rural area an called vet and he is gone till Monday am.

I most definitely would not worm her but wonder if it's either impacted anal sacs or worms - be sure to take a sample of her stool to the Vet with you.
