My son wears full length leg braces on both legs to well in his groins the side steels attached to thigh corsets to just above his knees. The lower steels are fitted into tubes in leather heels of boots that are mid calf high being 10 eyelet lacing to give firm ankle and calf support.
My son would like to wear more fasionable boots with his braces as he has seen in the shops doc martin boots 20 eyelet high so he can have his lower legs completely enclosed to his knees. My question is, does anyone know if the heels of these boots will be suitable to attach braces to.

You have to ask his therapist about the shoes he wants to wear. I understand the predicment. I have some clients who wear full leg braces and any footware has to designed or adjusted to fit the brace. Sorry, but that is what he will have to do.
