Has anyone used Accutane?

There are so many risks, but it's said to clear up virtually ANY skin ugliness...

I am interested in this becauase I have acne, keratosis pelaris, and a lot of scars.

My ex used it and liked the results. He has had acne since puberty. Now the acne is just gone.

Did it help with scars or anything like that? What did she experience while taking it?

He said that his face got really dry and peeled. His scars are still visible but his face is much smoother.

Great. Did it get rid of blackheads? Shrink pores?
