I want my 13 year old daughter to live with me after 2 years,my ex doesn't want to sign any papers because of child support.my ex only cares about money over my daughter.my daughter also wants to go.my ex doesn't buy any food for her and when she does buy food its burgers and junk food. Also the place where my ex lives in has bugs and rats running around the place and my 17 year old son is hitting her almost every day for no reason.is my ex an unfit mother and what can do to get my daughter from my ex.

You go to child support court and apply for full custody.
Have everything documented about what you know she does and doesn't do.
The Judge should grant you at least joint custody if not full custody.
