My husband and I are divorcing and he threatens to take our son away from me. What I want to know is.Can he use fictional stories and poems in court to prove that I am unfit? And how exactly do you prove someone unfit to be a parent?:(

He would have to prove those stories or poems are true. He has to prove you are a danger to your child. Abuse (mental, emotional, physical, sexual), drug use, alcohol abuse, neglect... there's a huge list... basically proving that you aren't a fit parent. If you are a good Mother, there is no way he can do that.
