I was married in Mexico but then moved out here to the US and now we want to divorce. But he moved back to mexico, Is there a diffrence due to that we were married out there? Is our marriage legal in the US? Please Help

What state? Are you a 'foreign national' who married and then immigrated to the U.S. I'm curious as to how you would prove you are married? By license or certificate of some kind?
