I may be incorrect that there isn't such a bill that was issued during the Civil War. But, I don't think that there was. Flying Blue Eagle is a person on this site who has the current documentation about such things. I am sure that he will be along to address your question.

While waiting for him to come along, does yours look anything like those that you will find on the following link? There have been many fake confederate bills produced through the decades since and even during that war.
