I took a former employer to Labor and Wage Court for failing to pay me. Long story short, I won . Subsequent to the decision, the employer dies. The executor has ignored all communication and I haven't been paid yet. There is also a partner involved in the business. Should I go after hum in a separate case, do I sue the executor(my former employer's wife)?

Was the decision against an individual or a company?

If you won against the company, you have to go after the company, not the estate.

Let's see - you're suing (or attempting to sue) a variety of people for a variety of reasons. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/real-es...l#post1178055; https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/small-c...l#post1165970; https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/real-es...l#post1072757; https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/corpora...ml#post1165952.
