I am due sep 20th, but if I go into labor with in the next few weeks since my dr said to expect early and today he said id would be delivering the next 3-4 weeks. Should I be alarmed? That wouldn't even take me to my due date it will be a month early. Will they be okay?

I don't think you should be alarmed. Stress or freaking out is not the best thing for you and your baby. Just sit back and relax. Your bringing new life into this world you should be happy. Just pray for God to lend a hand in helping you to relax and let him take care of the rest. Hope all goes well and early congratulations!!

Why is it that your doctor thinks you are going to go a month early? If you doctor is not worried, then just prop your feet up and relax for the next month. :)

The farther you get obviously the better... unless he gave you some specific reason for going early (other than a twin pregnancy), try not to worry too much. Yes, multiple births do tend to come earlier than later, but some women do go full term with twins.
If you get to 35-36 weeks, that is a bit of a gray area... most babies will do OK, there can be some problems, but often nothing too terribly serious... they may or may not need to stay in the hospital for a short while depending on how they are doing. Of course going a bit longer in the pregnancy would lessen the odds of concern.
Try to enjoy the remaining weeks... find ways to pamper yourself... :)

Yes we are trying to enjoy these next few weeks, we have found a place called "mommy and me" ad they do spa treatments for pregnant woman. And we have made and appointment for one day a week until birth. We have got a belly cast, and we have set up memorie prints which are clay hands and feet! For our due date, I am very excited to see these girls I've waited so long to see, and our other two kids are very excited to see the girls. And to have baby sisters.
