I have not used cocaine in 8 months but it is still showing up in a hair follicle test, how is this possible when the testing is for 3 months back?

If you were using at home and are still living in the same environment it is possible to pick it up through the skin etc. I have read about this happening even when not using but still in the same environment where drug was used in past.
