How do I get the information on what is being paid to each creditor? I searched my paper work I searched online I want to know this info as it occurs so that I can keep track. This is info we are supposed to have access to, not on the state bankruptcy site or public records sites.

Well first "state" bankrutpcy is though Federal courts, and since you are saying what is being paid, are you paying though a chapter 13. The trustee will provide you with a payout sheet I think every quarter but your attorney should be able to get you a update if you need it.

Sounds like you are in Chapter 13. What state and county?

Go to this website:
www.13datacenter.com
You need to give them all of your personal info as well your case number in order to access your file. It's free and it's updated regularly.
Hope this helps! :)
