I would like to know how could I find history on someone. I'm trying to find out who all someone talked to on the computer and what all sites this person is signed up on or been on. Its been deleted from my computer, so I was wondering if there was any other way I could find out?

If you know that things have been deleted from the computer, then I would think that you would have an idea as to what and where the person had been as far as working on the computer.

There are ways to search a computer concerning the history as to where someone has been.

But, knowing why you want to know would be helpful for us to know also. For one thing and for instance, do you suspect some kind of illegal activity was taking place?
