The Kenmore ultra bake digital screen says,"LOC" in red with a green padlock symbol. It did this after a storm. The range will work but the oven won't.

Have heard 2 things, press lock/unlock button for 5 seconds, the other is open oven door, turn breaker off a couple of minutes and turn back on. While breaker is off, might not hurt to press the power button.
