Hi, does anyone suggest any effective exercise that can make my legs and calfs thin? My upper body is slim but the lower part is heavy. I work out regularly and almost shaped up my butt and thighs. The problem is my legs and calfs. They are too fat comparing to the rest of my body. So can anybody help?

Ya got Chicken legs? Trying to get tukey legs? Lol..

Squats, Leg Press's, Biking/running/jogging, good diet etc..

Its pretty much common sense when you put your mind on it.
