Earlier this week I posted a concern I had about my stomach bug. I seem to be getting better but I still get nauseated.

I got sick on Monday and haven't been able to eat a full meal since. I eat tid bits here and there but that's it. My stomach growls all the time but when I think of any good foods I feel nauseous. If I try eating something, I get the same feeling. It's like my brain is telling me that I'm not hungry when my stomach is saying EAT!

What's going on here?

Something else that might help is buying some probiotics and some digestive enzymes.
I take them even when I feel fine. They are good for your digestion and might speed up getting better.

Yeah try some yogurt natural without sugar is best. I mix frozen fruit in mine.
GNC has digestive enzymes
