I'm in iraq and my wife has my newborne son in nc but that's the thing she moved back in to her moms witch is a single wide trailer and her her,sister,mom,dad,her brother and my wife's duaghter that is six the trailer only has three rooms her family is very nasty they never clean there is no food in the house they are on very low incomes there is bugs in in the house cockroches,ants and whatever else crawling around she has cut off all contact with me changed numbers her family has changed numbers too I think they have moved she has being leaving my son with her family for days at time to rip run and boze it up I have proof of this she is cheating on me trying to use my son aginstme to get money from me she don't have a job she won't get a job I'm worried about the well fair of my son I want full cosdoty I'm getting ready to get the nc child services in voled she already had on case with on her for dv but she thinks she is untuchable what can I do

Sounds like pretty much all you can do is get Child services involved

Well you can't do much while you are still in Iraq except to get chidren's services involved. You need to get someone to apply to be the child's guardian until you return.
