Sorry forgot to add that we installed the new one using a tee on the bottom opening and couldn't get it to work, the jet pump would go on and off quickly, then stay on, then you copuld get about 5 cups of water out then it would run out of water , and keep doing this

Depeds on your settings, tank size, and if there are any leaks , and or if there is other water being used at the sametime

Let's calibrate your bladder tank and see if that helps. To set the air pressure in a bladder tank, look at the cut-in pressure on your pressure box switch. Now drain the line down with the pump off. When there is no more water coming out of the hose bib, set the pressure 2 lbs. below the cut-in pressure. Check it with a tire gage. If your pressure control is set to come on at 20 PSI and go off at 40 PSI then your gage should read 18 PSI. Hope this helps and thank you for rating my reply. Tom

Now we need a brand name and model number of your tank. Bladder tanks have a snifter valve on top and even pressure tanks have a rremovable plug up there. What did you buy and how was it advertised? Regards, Tom
